The RMI approach to vision is largely based on the work of James Collins and Jerry Porras who have studied hundreds of organizations and written several books including “Built to Last” and “Good to Great”.
Pre-work for participants kicks-off the process, which is followed by a full day facilitated session. In a leadership team workshop setting, we walk you quickly through the concepts and slowly through the development of your organization’s painted picture of its successful self. The importance and value of the development of a shared vision cannot be underestimated. It can fundamentally alter the goals, strategy, culture and performance of any organization of any size.
