The rigour applied to Board evaluations and the level of assessments varies widely across Boards and organizations. We have the ability to undertake a light touch or a rich, deep dive and to evolve the process with the appetite and level of maturity of the Board.

The process is designed to suit your needs and can encompass in-person or phone interviews, online surveys, meeting observations and facilitated discussions or sessions. Often feedback and observations are sought from senior management in addition to Board Directors. Results are shared through reports, presentations and debrief meetings as per client needs.
