  • Determine where there are inconsistencies in terms of understanding and create a plan to address each

  • Absolutely. Everyone could be clear on the vision of the company but not the shorter term objectives or the strategy. Similarly, all stakeholders could agree on the objectives but not on the appropriate means by which they are achieved.
